Care worker pay 9% service fee

Process for clients to make payment after service:-

Approve timesheet

Careuchoose collects payment from clients on behalf of care workers.

Make payments through one of the option:

Credit/Debit Card: After you approve the care worker's timesheets, the agreed rate plus 4% will be charged to your nominated credit card

Direct Debit from a Bank Account: Payment can be direct debited from a nominated account after the care worker's timesheet is approved. A completed direct debit authority form will need to be uploaded to your account and then verified. The form can be downloaded in the Payment Details section of your profile.

lnvoice: Service providers, and in some cases individuals who are self-managing or plan-managing government funding, have the option to pay by invoice. The platform generates invoices in the name of the care worker, with their ABN

All payments can be easily tracked via your timesheet and reports on your dashboard.

Many types of government funding (includincg Consumer Directed Care packages and the NDIS) now allow you to select a particular individual or service provider to deliver your support.

In fact, lower administration costs means that your government funding can often go a lot further when you hire care and support workers directy via the CoreUChoose platform.

The provider or agency managing your funds will have a responsibiliy to make sure any care worker you select has a current police check, is suitably qualified and experienced, has insurance and an ABN. Your provider can verify this on the CoreUChoose plattform.
